Pastels Elena Shnitko and Natalya Bernhart at an exhibition in the hall of the Central House of Artists Automatic translate
MOSCOW. Employees of the exhibition halls owned by the Central House of Artists constantly offer art lovers to get acquainted with the work of artists working in various genres. Since August 19, a pastel exhibition has been waiting for visitors in one of the halls, representing the work of two artists.
One of them, Natalia Bernhart, a native of the Krasnodar Territory. For about ten years, the artist lived in Kaluga, and since 2013 - a resident of the capital. Natalya received an art education in Tolyatti, where she graduated from the university. Her main specialty was fine art, however, she also has the specialization of a designer-decorator.
In Kaluga, where the artist lived since the year 204, she was actively engaged in creativity - participated in exhibitions, created design projects. In the spring of 2013, her first solo exhibition was held, where Natalya showed her works in pastel. The exhibition was presented under the name "My Provence" and is dedicated to the southern part of France.
Many of the works shown to the public in Kaluga were included in the exhibition at the Central House of Artists. When creating her works, Natalia uses a rare art technique - she paints with her fingertips. There is no other instrument that gives such closeness to the artist and his creation.
Her colleague, Elena Shnitko, brought her work from Sochi. The landscapes of her hometown, included in the exposition of the opening exhibition, were created in 2013-2014. Sochi, in which the artist was born, received the profession of an artist at the university, and became a constant source of inspiration for Elena. Her paintings are filled with love for the city and the sea. The sincerity of this love is not in doubt - Sochi for Elena is the most beautiful of the cities in the world.
Amazing pastels can be seen in the hall of the Central House of Artists until September 4th.
