For the anniversary of the Kursk region in the exhibition hall "Star" exhibition opened Automatic translate
KURSK. Until September 25, in the Zvezdny exhibition hall, an art exhibition dedicated to the anniversary date has been opened - the Kursk region was formed 80 years ago. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to see more than 150 works of art of various genres, presented by the authors of Kursk and the region.
Most of the exhibitors are well-known in their profession, however, the exhibition hall also housed the work of students and graduates of the art faculty of the University of Kursk.
Kursk artists took the creation of the anniversary exhibition very seriously, carefully selecting the work of its participants. The result was a wonderful exhibition, filled with a variety of works by artists of the region. The exhibition hall housed canvases depicting soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, and next to them are paintings in which artists present ordinary Kursk girls to the audience, who delight the audience with their beauty.
The work of the artist Leonid Voinov presented at the exhibition is familiar to almost every resident of Kursk, since the picture has become a symbol of the year 2000 since its inception. The former governor inspired the creation of the artist’s canvas, voicing the idea of erecting a glass dome over the city center.
Leonid Voinov, rethinking this idea, created on his canvas an equally fantastic image - he presented Kursk as Venice, where you can fish near any house, even at the main post office. Each of the viewers perceives this picture in their own way, but the artist himself claims that this is an ordinary fantasy.
At the exhibition, you can see the views of Kursk with the realities of today - signs and billboards, and lyrical landscapes with images of cozy corners of the old city are located nearby.
