Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Valery Ryabovol presented his watercolors in Kaluga Automatic translate

KALUGA. The Regional Art Museum invites residents of Kaluga to visit the exhibition of creativity by Moscow artist Valery Ryabovol, which opened in its exhibition hall. The personal exhibition of the capital’s artist, born in the Kaluga region, the city residents will see for the first time.

The exhibition of works is composed of landscapes, which are one of the favorite topics in the work of Valery Ryabovol, portraits and still lifes. The exhibition is complemented by historical compositions reflecting the theme of “Time of Troubles”. All 30 works presented at the exhibition are executed in watercolor.

Valery Ryabovol has a special approach to the creation of watercolor portraits - the artist is sure that in this genre it is best to see how high the artist’s professionalism is. If the portrait was painted successfully, then the image created in it should look finished, but at the same time keep the etude fresh.

In the landscape compositions displayed at the exhibition, many residents of the city easily recognize well-known places. Ryabovol often visits Kaluga - he comes to visit relatives, take a break from the bustle of the capital. But even on vacation, the artist chooses the time to convey in his drawings the beauty of summer evenings on the Oka, flowering gardens in the vicinity of Kaluga.

Valery Ryabovol began working on historical compositions more than thirty years ago. Over the years, he has created a series of watercolors, which depicts the main events and famous heroes of the era, called "Time of Troubles." This series of works became an important stage of creativity for the artist - he was awarded the Commemorative Medal from the Imperial House of Russia.

During the exhibition, open until July 6, V. A. Ryabovol will hold several master classes for students of the college of art and students of art schools.
