During the war years, he was a participant in the liberation of the Caucasus, and also fought on the Lesser Land. This year, the veteran will celebrate his anniversary - the 90th anniversary. He was entrusted with the most important moment of the opening of the exhibition - to cut the red ribbon in front of the door of the exhibition hall.

At the opening of the exhibition, the veteran spoke about the importance of preserving the memory of the war years, that the paintings give children and grandchildren the opportunity to remember the exploits of their ancestors. Vladimir Puzhelev is not only the creator of paintings on the events of the war, but also a talented poet. He published six collections of poems, most of which the author devoted to his peers, those who brought Victory Day closer to each day of the war.

The exposition of the opening exhibition housed the work of 30 authors, among which there are paintings by another veteran - Petr Filippenko. Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Ramazan Khuazhev, chairman of the Union of Artists of Adygea, that most of the paintings included in the exhibition glorifies peaceful life.
