VLADIVOSTOK. The Museum of Modern Art “Art floor” invites you to visit the opened exhibition “Funicular-5”, where everyone can get acquainted with the work of young artists of the Primorsky Territory.

The traditional art exhibition this year is being held for the fifth time, presenting in its exposition the works of future artists working in various types of fine art.

The exhibition presents the work of 50 artists, whose age is from 18 to 30 years. Some of them are engaged in traditional painting, while others are closer to a more modern, relatively recent art form - computer graphics.

The theme of the works is wide - each of the young artists decided to show the most favorite genre. Therefore, at the exhibition you can see recognizable landscapes of the native land, portraits, still lifes and plot paintings.

The organizers of the exhibition at the opening noted that modern young people, even having excellent abilities, today are increasingly less likely to choose the profession of an artist - it makes the future life too unpredictable. There is no guarantee that talent will help to become famous, and your works will be in demand.

In an interview with media representatives, the director of the Artofazh Museum Alexander Gorodniy said that the exhibition was organized with an important goal - to show the general public the talents of young and promising artists. Presenting their work among peers, artists feel freer, have the opportunity to share experiences.

About a third of the participants of the Funicular exhibition take part in it for the first time. For the rest, it has become a traditional meeting place. It will be possible to see the works of young artists until February 28. Access to the exhibition is free.
