For the first time in Krasnodar, a personal exhibition of the artist Pavel Amasyan Automatic translate

KRASNODAR. Within the framework of the project “Kuban in Faces”, created on the initiative of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory, a personal exhibition of artist Pavel Amasyan was opened in the Santal art gallery. The exhibition features paintings painted in oil. His favorite genres of the painter were landscapes and portraits.

During his long creative life, Pavel Amasyan wrote more than two hundred paintings. Among them are numerous landscapes of the most beautiful places of the Kuban Territory and the Adygea Republic, portraits of famous people and ordinary workers of cities and villages. In his works, the artist adhered to realistic traditions. In the portrait genre, this is especially noticeable, however, in each portrait painted by Pavel Amasyan, the character of the heroes of his works is clearly visible.

Each painting that came out from under the artist’s brush is imbued with a kind attitude towards contemporaries who revived the country in the post-war years. The war passed through the life of Pavel Grigoryevich himself. Professional education of the artist began training at the Astrakhan art school, interrupted by the war. Pavel Amasyan went to the front, fought, was wounded.

Then, returning to Maykop, where he lived for more than sixty years, he continued his studies in painting. He later graduated from the Adygea Pedagogical Institute. Throughout his life, Pavel Amasyan participated in many exhibitions of various significance, is a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation, has the title of Honored Artist of Adygea.

However, in the Kuban capital, his personal exhibition was organized for the first time. The main theme presented at the exhibition is obvious - love for the beauty of the nature of the native land, kindness of attitude to the people living in this land.
