Gallery "Peresvetov Lane" presents the artist Igor Shushpanov Automatic translate
MOSCOW. In the exhibition hall of the gallery "Peresvetov Lane" opens an exhibition with an eye-catching title - "Made on the knee." The exhibition exposition is composed of paintings, graphics and sculptures by the talented artist Igor Shushpanov.
Igor Vasilievich cannot be called only an artist, this person is talented in all his creative searches, therefore their outcome always becomes successful. The artist himself says that in his youth he promised himself to be engaged only in what would be interesting to him, therefore his whole life is devoted to fulfilling the set goal.
From an early childhood spent in Perm, where he was born in 1960, Igro painted. This was a favorite pastime, and in the future Igor presented himself only as an artist. He also painted in military service, claiming that he served as a “military artist”.
The logical continuation was the study at an art school, which was to be followed by admission to an art university. However, the life of Igor Shushpanov after a close acquaintance with the theater made an unexpected turn, and he did not enter the art institute, but the theater, successfully completed in 1992.
The combination of two creative professions became an opportunity for Shushpanov to more harmoniously develop his creative abilities, which is evident in his works presented in the gallery. Some theatricality is noted in them, but at the same time improvisation is also visible.
Igor Shushpanov does not have a workshop, does not use special devices, therefore the name of the exhibition was so unusual. However, the artist’s works are marked by talent, and this quality does not depend on the place of creativity.
Remarkable works by Igor Shushpanov can be seen until May 31.
