"New Ukrainian" art showed itself in Dnepropetrovsk Automatic translate
DNIPROPETROVSK. On March 14, in the “I Gallery” of the Ukrainian industrial city, a powerful exhibition of Albina Yaloza’s “New Ukrainian” started. The artist is exhibited for the first time in Dnepropetrovsk with a personal exhibition. However, the very first days after the opening of the exposition showed that the audience cordially accepted her work.
Visitors liked the series of works by Albina Yaloza, dedicated to plastic baskets from supermarkets. The artist loves to experiment with various techniques of visual art and often chooses everyday household items to create works.
By interlacing modern objects with traditional ornaments, folk art, the author seeks to speak two languages - abstract logical conclusions and a sensual understanding of reality.
A feature of the linocuts that made up the New Ukrainian exposition is the use of the traditional combination of red and black colors. As well as the characteristic overlapping of photographs with the image of trolleys, on top of each other, so that the ornament of old Ukrainian embroideries and various amulets appears.
The deadline of the exhibition is scheduled for April 14, so that all residents of Dnepropetrovsk will be able to appreciate the vision and artistic taste of Albina Yalosa.
