The exhibition of the artist Vladimir Glukhov is dedicated to people with a lost homeland Automatic translate
TYUMEN. Museum of Fine Arts, part of the Museum Complex. I. Ya. Solovtseva, became the first exhibition venue to present to the audience a personal exhibition of Vladimir Glukhov, a painter with a creative biography of more than thirty years.
The exhibition, called "Kachim-Kermek", which translates as "Tumbleweed", opens a project in which the works of Vladimir Glukhov will later be exhibited in two more cities - Moscow and St. Petersburg. The project received such a name not by accident, the paintings exhibited in it became a story about people wandering around the country in search of lost time, about Central Asia, a country recalled by an artist from fairy tales, about the world that exists in the soul of the artist Vladimir Glukhov.
The exposition of the exhibition was 25 works, most of which the artist wrote during 2012. For its creation, the occasion was two related events. One of them was a trip to Central Asia, the homeland of Vladimir Glukhov, which he, born in Dushanbe, was forced to leave at the beginning of 1990. Having fulfilled his old dream, the artist talked about traveling on a blog, accompanying stories with drawings. These publications have received many readers, requiring continuation.
One of Tyumen’s old acquaintances, Yuri Ryabchenyuk, proposed to the artist that he shouldn’t show his paintings for the year, and then arrange a large exhibition in which new works will be presented. The idea turned out to be true, the trip became the basis, thanks to which the year became unusually fruitful for creativity, and then new plans appeared.
About three hundred friends and colleagues of Vladimir Glukhov attended the opening of the Kachim-Kermek exhibition, available to visitors until February 19
