This year, the Dnipropetrovsk region celebrates eighty years from its formation. As part of the celebration of this anniversary, the art museum of the city of Dnepropetrovsk opened an exhibition of works by artists dedicated to south-eastern Ukraine. The exhibition exposition is composed of paintings that famous artists from the cities of Dnepropetrovsk, Dneprodzerzhinsk and Nikopol dedicated to their native Dnepropetrovsk Territory.
In total, the exhibition features 62 works occupying the lobby of the museum and the exhibition hall located on its ground floor. Artists, whose landscapes are presented at the exhibition, are famous not only in their homeland, but also in other countries of the world.
Their works took part in various international exhibitions, but here artists are united not by rank and fame, but by immeasurable love for their native expanses. In addition to famous names, young artists participate in the exhibition, whose paintings are also worthy of the neighborhood of venerable brush masters.
The painters gave visitors of the exhibition the opportunity to see landscapes with views of Dnepropetrovsk, many of which managed to change over the time since they were painted, picturesque corners of other Ukrainian cities and villages of Eastern Ukraine. The exposition of the exhibition is made up of works that everyone who visits will be interested in admiring.
The exhibition, which depicts the Dnieper region, is an initiative of the Diart Production Center. This is the first cultural project of the center, the plans of which are still many meetings with the beautiful, which will delight the residents of the city. In the immediate plans of "DIART" participation in the Moscow exhibition, and one of the main goals of the center is to search for young talents and help in the implementation of their plans.
