Interactive technologies at Shishkin’s exhibition at the Museum of Russian Art Automatic translate
“Modern children need to instill a sense of beauty” - said the staff of the Kiev National Museum of Russian Art. As a bonus, to the exhibition “Ivan Shishkin. Painting. Graphics ”, the organizers have prepared a number of interactive events that develop creative inclinations for future artists, sculptors, designers, photographers.
180 years of inexhaustible interest in the work of Ivan Shishkin - this is the best recognition of his skill! Perhaps, there are no works that could compete with his works in terms of the intuitive feeling of Russian nature. His landscape painting is not just beautiful, it evokes a deep psychic response. Fairy-tale archetypes are born in the subconscious at one glance at the paintings “The Gatehouse in the Forest”, “In the Wild North…”, “Rye”, “Morning in a Pine Forest”. It is not surprising that museum workers took extremely seriously the organization of the artist’s exhibition.
And they decided to start a series of interactive classes for children aimed at developing creative potential. Parents are encouraged to first visit the exhibition to give children the opportunity to see how landscapes, typical of Ukraine and Russia, come to life from the artist’s brush. To present everydayness in such a way that it evokes an emotional response from all viewers - is this not genius?
From mid-May to the end of June, the museum will host game programs, lectures and fascinating master classes that develop a sense of beauty in children. Dedicated to such prominent figures as Leonardo da Vinci (entertainment program “Landscape in Word and Color”), I. Shishkin (“In the Footsteps of the Great Landscape Painter”, “Secrets of the Art of Black and White”), Gachi Prichi (“Manual Workshop print "), etc.
