Painter: Ivan Ivanovich Shishkin
In 1888 Ivan Shishkin, a master of landscape art, painted his painting Golden Autumn. It is currently held in the Tretyakov Gallery. The picture is much loved by the viewer, as well as Shishkin’s most popular work, "Morning in a Pine Forest," which he wrote in tandem with Savitsky. Unlike Morning, in Golden Autumn Shishkin depicts not the forest, but the autumnal nature, as evidenced by the title of the picture. From a fleeting glance at Shishkin’s painting "Golden Autumn" one can see the quiet, divine transition of nature from one current to another, during the mystery of autumn.

From a fleeting glance at Shishkin’s painting "Golden Autumn" one can see the quiet, divine transition of nature from one current to another, during the mystery of autumn. Nature, as if falling asleep, delights in its sleepy beauty by the nearby lake.
In this painting by Shishkin every detail of autumn nature is vividly expressed. The canvas is flooded with yellow sunlight, illuminating the yellowing autumn leaves. Golden hues permeate the entire painting, giving the impression that nature has dressed up in its most expensive outfits.
As if hinting at the excitement of the environment before the impending rain, the clouds that have covered the sky. At the same time the sky is depicted in yellow tones, not in the gloomy gray. One gets the impression that the quiet harbor of nature’s beautiful place will soon explode with a magical swirl of yellowing leaves, leaving interesting ikebans on the ground.
A gentle breeze staggers the tree crowns, as if inviting a dynamic dance of beauty. Fallen leaves, like a blanket, lie on the water. The water is very colorfully portrayed by Shishkin, it reflects all the beauty of autumn splendor and fallen leaves.
You can admire Shishkin’s painting "Golden Autumn" endlessly! Nowhere else will you discover in such splendor the beautiful secrets of nature as in this landscape. A little covered with fog, but beautiful nature enchants, making your heart beat in unison with the autumn wind

The picture has something of this: tree, wood, landscape, fall, nature, water, river, reflection, lake, park, leaf, season, outdoors, dawn, winter, sky, beautiful, pool.
Perhaps it’s a painting of a body of water with trees on both sides of the water and a building on the other side.
