1858 г. The landscape depicting the park is painted in pencil. Different shades of gray make each fragment play. All the trees are clearly drawn, almost every leaf is shown. Despite the gray colors, the painting leaves the feeling of a living, breathing cool and fresh park with trees in it. In the foreground are several massive tree trunks with openwork, beautiful crowns. The trees are different, but the gray color unites them, forcing them to become native and united in this coherent landscape. The first line of the painting depicts an alley, along which the plantings stand.
Description of Alexei Savrasov’s painting In the Park
The tree trunks cast shadows on the alley, which the artist has been particularly successful in showing. Small branches, small stones, grittiness and heterogeneity of the soil - the author has managed to show it all, even without using color.
The background seems to be obscured by a haze, a pale mist in which the silhouettes of the trees are gradually getting lost. Everyone who looks at this landscape would probably want to wander along such a lane, admire the sunrise or sunset, breathe in the fresh, clean and fragrant air from the leaves.
The harmony of nature and man is reflected in the depicted park. After all, the park is a place created by man. However, the park’s landscape is a credit entirely to nature. In the harmonious fusion of both, an extraordinary place is born in which one wants to rest, relax and connect with nature.
Skillful, competent lines and strokes allow to judge the author as a talented artist. And the depicted landscape reveals a sensitive and sensitive person who loves nature and is able to express it by painting. The whole impression of the painting is pacification, tranquility, awe at the beauty of nature, a sense of harmony and naturalness.

The picture has something of this: tree, people, landscape, black and white, wood, winter, snow, park, monochrome, wall, cold, scary, nature, group, skittish, stone.
Perhaps it’s a black and white drawing of a forest with a path in the foreground and trees on the far side of the picture, with a person walking in the distance.
