1. General Provisions

1.1. 2. Terms

2.1. For the purposes of this Offer, the following terms are used in the following meaning:

“Offer” - this document is the Public Offer for the provision of information services.

“Offer Acceptance” - full and irrevocable acceptance of the Offer by the method of performing the actions noted in clause 3.3. of this Offer. Acceptance of the Offer implies an Offer Agreement.

“Site” - the Internet site: gallerix.ru, used by the Individual Entrepreneur Ermolaev Dmitry Germanovich as property.

“Participant” - a person who has accepted the Offer and is thus a Participant in the services of the Organizer under the concluded offer agreement.

“Offer Agreement” - an agreement between the Organizer and the Participant for the provision of information services, which is concluded through the acceptance of the Offer.

3. Subject of the offer contract

3.1. According to the offer agreement, the Organizer provides the Participant with services to provide him with the necessary information related to events, which are understood as various contests and exhibitions held remotely (hereinafter the Services).

3.2. The Organizer provides the Services to the Participant only if the Participant submits the corresponding application for the Services on the website https://gallerix.ru in accordance with the approved rules and payment for the Services, in accordance with the applicable tariffs.

3.3. The acceptance of the offer contract is the fact of payment by the Participant of the selected Service.

4. Registration of the Participant on the site

4.1. The provision of services to the Participant is possible provided that they create an appropriate account on the website. The account (registration account) must contain the name, surname, patronymic of the Participant, his email address and password.

4.2. Account registration is carried out by filling out the registration form. The registration form must indicate the true name, patronymic, last name, email address.

4.3. The participant is responsible for the confidentiality of the password. When the Participant establishes facts of unauthorized access to his account, he undertakes to notify the support service as soon as possible at j@gallerix.ru

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The organizer undertakes:

5.1.1. Register the Member upon receipt of an application for the provision of Services from him on the website https://gallerix.ru.

5.1.2. Provide Services to the Participant for the selected event, conducted remotely, provided that the Participant has paid for the Services in full and that all the rules for the specific event are met.

5.1.3. Post on the site https://gallerix.ru information on the list of services provided, on the conditions and cost of remote events.

5.1.4. Using e-mail and the site https://gallerix.ru inform the Participant about the services and the conditions for their receipt.

5.1.5. In order to provide the Service, to deliver information to the Member by e-mail or "Russian Post" at the addresses indicated by the Member when applying for the provision of Services.

5.2. The organizer has the right:

5.2.1. Refuse the Participant to provide the Service in case of non-payment (incomplete payment) of the Service within the prescribed time, in case of late submission of an application for the provision of the Service, as well as in violation of the rules for participation in the event.

5.2.2. Unilaterally determine the cost of all services provided on the website https://gallerix.ru.

5.2.3. Modify the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.

5.3. The participant undertakes:

5.3.1. Independently and timely to get acquainted on the website https://gallerix.ru with the established Services, prices for the Services, the procedure and terms for their provision.

5.3.2. Timely pay for the selected Organizer Services in accordance with the prices established at the time of payment.

5.3.3. In accordance with the rules, apply for the Services on the website https://gallerix.ru.

5.3.4. When applying, provide competitive (exhibition) works and indicate reliable contact information about yourself and your participants.

5.4. The participant has the right:

5.4.1. Receive paid services from the Organizer in accordance with the terms of this Offer Agreement.

5.4.2. Receive from the Organizer complete and reliable information related to the terms and conditions of remote events on the website https://gallerix.ru.

6. Cost of Services

6.1. The registration fee for participating in each competition of one work is 100 (one hundred) rubles 00 kopecks, excluding VAT due to the use of the simplified tax system by the Organizer.

6.2. When a Participant participates in several competitions or when submitting several works, the registration fee is summed up.

6.3. If the Participant has not reached the age of majority, the service is paid by his parent or legal representative.

6.4. Payment by the Participant of the registration fee is made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Participant, at the details indicated on the site.

7. The procedure and timing of settlements

7.1. Payment for the Organizer’s Services by the Participant is made in cash by bank transfer at any bank branch in Russia or by any other means available to the Participant.

7.2. Services are provided to the Participant on the basis of 100% prepayment of the cost of the selected Service.

8. Conditions for obtaining a diploma / letter of appreciation / certificate by the Participant

8.1. After processing the results of the events, the Participant receives the corresponding diploma of the winner / participant or a letter of appreciation / certificate to the teacher. Winners of events are awarded with diplomas indicating the prizes taken.

8.2. A diploma / letter of appreciation / certificate is sent to the Participant at the email address indicated in the application either printed by the Participant independently from the Internet by the link located in the Participant’s “Personal Account” on the website https://gallerix.ru, or ordered in the form of a paper document directly from The organizer.

8.3. The cost of the diploma / letter of appreciation / certificate in the form of a paper document when ordering from the Organizer, as well as the delivery time are indicated on the website https://gallerix.ru.

9. Special conditions and liability of the parties

9.1. The participant bears full responsibility for the correctness and timeliness of the payment made by him for the Organizer’s services, the accuracy of registration data, the implementation of the rules for the events posted on the website https://gallerix.ru.

9.2. The Organizer is responsible for the timeliness of the Services provided when the Participant fulfills the established requirements and rules posted on the website https://gallerix.ru.

9.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant not receiving services in the following cases:

9.3.1. The participant did not pay the application for Services within the time specified in the regulation on the event.

9.3.2. The participant indicated inaccurate data in the application for the Services.

9.3.3. The email address provided by the Participant is incorrect or is not available at the time of the provision of the Service.

9.3.4. The participant cannot receive paid services due to technical or other problems that have arisen.

9.3.5. The participant did not submit competitive (exhibition) works in a timely manner.

9.4. The Organizer is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of the Offer contract, if such violation is caused by force majeure circumstances (force majeure), including: actions of state authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural acts, lack of electricity, strikes, civil unrest, disturbances, any other circumstances, not limited to the above, which may affect the performance of the Offer by the Organizer.

9.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of public communication channels or services that provide the Participant with access to his services.

9.6. This public offer contract is valid as a service act. Acceptance is made without signing the relevant act. Services are deemed to be provided properly and in full if the Participant has not made a claim within two days from the date of the provision of the service.

10. The order of consideration of claims and disputes

10.1. The Claims of the Participant for the Services provided are accepted by the Organizer for consideration by e-mail within five days from the date of the dispute.

10.2. When considering disputes, the Organizer has the right to request from the Participant all the documentation of interest regarding the event in question. If the Participant does not provide the documents within two days after the day of the demand, the claim is not subject to consideration by the Organizer.

11. Copyright

11.1. By publishing work on the gallerix.ru website, the Participant agrees to its indefinite posting on any resources of the Gallerix project, including the gallerix.ru website, social media accounts related to the project, as well as in printing products related to the competition. Exclusive and personal non-property rights to any results of the Participant’s intellectual activity remain with the author of the work and are protected in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

11.2. All results of intellectual activity not belonging to the participant contained on the site may be used by the Member solely for personal purposes. The participant is not entitled to: record, copy, distribute in any way the materials contained on the site gallerix.ru.

12. Processing of personal data of the Participant

12.1. By concluding the Agreement and providing personal data when registering on the site, as well as when posting competitive and exhibition works on the site, the Participant agrees to provide his personal data for the purposes of processing by the Organizer. The processing of personal data entered by the Participant upon conclusion of the Agreement is carried out on the basis of subparagraphs 1 and 5 of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended on December 31, 2017).

12.2. The Organizer guarantees that it will not transfer the Member’s personal data to third parties, except in cases of violation by the Participant of section 11 "Copyright" of the Agreement.

12.3. The Participant hereby agrees to receive information from the Organizer, including advertising, at the email address specified in the registration form on the website. After registering on the site, the participant can refuse to receive site messages by e-mail, making an appropriate mark in their credentials on the site.

13. Conclusion, amendment, termination of the contract

13.1. The moment of conclusion of this Agreement shall be considered the moment the payment is credited to the Organizer’s bank account for the Services selected by the Participant, provided that he receives an application for the Service from him in the form posted on the website https://gallerix.ru.

13.2. The participant has the right to unilaterally refuse the Organizer’s Services at any time. In the event of a Member’s unilateral refusal from the services of the Organizer, the payment made shall not be returned.

13.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement any of the conditions of this Offer Agreement at any time by posting all changes on the site. If the published changes are unacceptable to the Participant, then he must notify the Organizer of this within seven days from the date of publication of the changes. If no notice has been received, it is considered that the Participant continues to participate in the contractual relationship.

13.4. For all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
